Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Advisor, located in Stonehaven. The Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for internal sales, generating quotes, lead generation, closing the sale, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Advisor will work collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Inside sales and lead generation skills.
- Previous experience of managing large customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong experience in handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- An understanding of the building and construction industry is preferred; however, all sales backgrounds will be given consideration.
- Experience using Phocas or similar Business Intelligence software would be an advantage.
