Assisting with the allocation of work to drivers and vehicles in WIMS. Debriefing all drivers on a daily basis ensuring that missed lifts are logged on salesforce and customers are informed. Ensuring that one-trip work is performed in a logical sequence and that drivers are directed to the most advantageous disposal sites. Ensuring that drivers daily defect books are fully completed. Ensuring working hours are logged accurately and in accordance with the union agreement. Ensuring all paperwork is made available to the drivers as required including Sales and Delivery Risk Assessments for new sites Analysis if a number of reports to ensure the depot is achieving set KPIs Maintaining and filing fleet compliance records Assisting the operations manager with drivers data on the FTA Vision portal Filing Data Entry Able to work under pressure Have good teamwork About You as a Transport Coordinator : Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative in high pressure environment Attention to detail CPC desirable or willing to work towards This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to begin a career with a company that offers genuine long-term opportunities and career development.
