New Role: Senior Corporate M&A Associate for a major offshore firm\’s London office

I\’m working with a top offshore firm who are looking to hire a corporate Senior Associate (4PQE+) to join their growing London team. This is a great move for an ambitious corporate lawyer who wants more manageable hours without compromising their career, or an existing offshore lawyer looking to return to the UK.

The work will be Cayman-focused corporate matters, with a focus on corporate M&A for clients such as major financial institutions, global banks technology companies, and investment funds. The corporate team is dynamic, intellectual and has fantastic industry knowledge.

Working offshore will give lawyers access to a range of high-value, complex and cross-border corporate M&A work. This firm in particular offers great client and partner contact and lots of opportunity to engage with business development and marketing, resulting in faster career progression and, generally, a more relaxed work-life balance compared to onshore firms in London.
