Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy which is continuously growing, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

Joining a personable and well-cultured Cambridge office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be responsible for delivering healthcare, care home, and residential based projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK
• MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential
• A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plus
