In this role you will be responsible for liaising with employers, students and curriculum colleagues to source and coordinate work placement opportunities for our students. You will support students in getting ready for placement, match students to opportunities and importantly, link with a range of employers to ensure that we provide exceptional opportunities to support our students in their future careers and enable them to be work ready.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a good standard of education to Level 2 or equivalent in business related subject (including English and maths) and who ideally also has up to date knowledge of further education and training.
You should have experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employers and experience of co-ordinating, managing and monitoring a complex workload.
You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high degree of personal drive and motivation to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
