Senior Manager, Finance ERP (Financial Services) We are collaborating with a leading global consultancy firm to recruit a Senior Manager for Finance ERP, driven by outstanding market performance and growth. The successful candidate will specialise in ERP delivery and Enterprise Architecture, supporting the business and practice development of the CFO Advisory team across Insurance, Retail Banking, and Capital Markets sectors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, overseeing architecture, requirements, design, testing, business readiness, training, and post-go-live support. Managing client Discovery work, including process design, ERP business case preparation, and vendor selection. Conducting design workshops to translate client accounting needs into application design and configuration. Managing business readiness and post-implementation support for evolving client requirements. Overseeing team efforts in designing and deploying Oracle Cloud ERP Solutions Architecture. Promoting innovation through new delivery models, technologies, and improved working methods. Training, coaching, and developing junior staff, while managing their availability and chargeability. Driving business development by identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and delivering high-quality bids. The ideal candidate needs: Extensive hands-on consulting experience with a Big 4 firm, major systems integrator, or top-tier consultancy within the financial services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance). Proven experience leading ERP implementations, with a preference for Oracle Cloud Financials. Expertise in Finance technologies, including Cloud ERP (preferably Oracle), Oracle Accounting Foundation, and ERP solutions. Direct experience in the full implementation lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, and Deployment) across General Ledger, Accounting Hub, and Core Financials.
