Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

This is an office-based role which requires you to be on site 5 days per week. Please consider your commute, time and costs from your location to the office which is based just over 10 miles from Silverstone Circuit.

Position Overview:

The Product Plan Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the development, execution, and monitoring of product plans within an organisation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that product strategies align with company objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Product Plan Co-Ordinator plays a key role in facilitating communication, maintaining schedules, and supporting successful product delivery for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Development and Coordination:

  • Oversee and manage the execution of the product plan across multiple licenses, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with key departments, including Forecast, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Design and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and accurate product data.
  • Act as a point of escalation for product plan discrepancies, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Project Management:

  • Track and report on the status of product launches, from concept to market delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively propose solutions.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive across all channels.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Forecast, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Design, and Operations.
  • Facilitate regular updates and meetings to ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
  • Support demand forecasting and manage the reporting of product plan progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work with Licensing team to ensure all product plans are in line with licensing agreements and see to it that all contractual obligations are received.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyse, and report on product performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis to senior leadership and the product team regarding product performance, trends, and forecasts.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current product planning and execution processes and suggest improvements to enhance the co-ordination and control.
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflows and resource allocation.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, plans, and resources related to product initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation and internal systems are up to date and easily accessible.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a co-ordination, planning, or project management role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.Mondays) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
