A dynamic and progressive educational institution, specialising in both Further and Higher Education, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Vice Principal to join its Executive Team.

About the Role
As Vice Principal, you will provide senior leadership across a range of academic and operational functions. You will play a central role in driving quality, growth, and innovation in Higher and Further Education, supporting the institution\’s mission to deliver an exceptional student experience and respond to the needs of learners, industry, and society.
Working closely with the Principal/CEO, you will:
- Lead on all Higher and Further Education strategy and delivery
- Oversee academic partnerships and satellite campuses
- Drive enhancements to student engagement, wellbeing, and employability
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding
- Guide preparations for Degree Awarding Powers
- Represent the institution externally and support stakeholder relations
- Deputise for the Principal/CEO as required
About You
You will be a confident and visionary leader with:
- A postgraduate qualification (essential); teaching qualification or equivalent experience
- Substantial senior management experience within an HE/FE environment
- Proven track record of delivering excellence in academic provision and strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of current issues in HE and FE, and a passion for driving quality and student outcomes
- Experience managing people, projects, partnerships, and performance
- Outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
