Awards for our exceptional customer service, and we are looking to do the same with our low carbon technologies; Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps and EV Charging. We\’re spearheading the adoption of domestic, renewable energy in the UK and we want you to be a part of our journey by joining our Solar or Heat Pump sales teams.
Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes all year round. When you join us, you\’ll be placed within one of our teams selling either Solar or Air Source Heat Pumps . Our leads come from engaged customers who expect our renowned 5* service, so you can be sure our customers are just as passionate about green energy as we are and ready to take the next step into the Green Mission with us.
We\’re looking for people who are passionate about the mission Octopus is on and want to grow their career with us. We would love for you to have a proven track record of exceptional customer experience with excellent listening skills. Confidence when dealing with customers over the phone in a B2C capacity, sales experience smashing KPIs and a hunger to develop are a must.

What you\’ll do
- Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers – from lead through to delivery and accomplish sales & orders in line with our KPIs
- Explain the benefits of Low Carbon Technologies, Solar and Air Source Heat Pump systems and Octopus Energy as a provider – don\’t worry if the tech is new to you, our amazing Learning & Development Team will take you through it all in our 4 week induction so you are ready and rearing to go
- Provide exceptional customer service through the sales process and record customer feedback in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Become an expert in finding customers their perfect solution to future proof their homes and drive energy independence
- Be a real advocate for our technology and show customers why it\’s great for their needs in a jargon free environment
What you\’ll need

- A solution focused approach and positive outlook, especially when overcoming objections
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
