HGV Class 1 Driver
Our Customer
Our household name bread manufacturing client in Bradford requires regular ongoing drivers to join their team. Inductions are being held continuously.
Job Description

  • Simple work – 1 – 2 drops per shift
  • Deliveries to RDCs
  • Sometimes required to unload vehicle, however there is only baskets on wheels to move & it is done as a team

Licence requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 licence
  • Up to date CPC
  • Digi card
  • Max 6 penalty points
  • No DD or IN10 penalty codes

You Must:

  • Have good command of English both written and spoken
  • Have a positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Have a good geographic knowledge of UK road network
  • Be punctual
  • Smart appearance as will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
  • Keep vehicle clean to a good standard

Hours:

  • Days or nights available
  • Start times either 0500/0600 OR 2200
  • 5 days out of 7, with some weekend work included
  • 8 hours minimum
  • Overtime available

Salary:

  • £17 – £20.50
  • PAYE ONLY
