HGV Class 1 Driver
Our Customer
Our household name bread manufacturing client in Bradford requires regular ongoing drivers to join their team. Inductions are being held continuously.
Job Description
- Simple work – 1 – 2 drops per shift
- Deliveries to RDCs
- Sometimes required to unload vehicle, however there is only baskets on wheels to move & it is done as a team
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 licence
- Up to date CPC
- Digi card
- Max 6 penalty points
- No DD or IN10 penalty codes
You Must:
- Have good command of English both written and spoken
- Have a positive attitude and great work ethic
- Have a good geographic knowledge of UK road network
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean to a good standard
Hours:
- Days or nights available
- Start times either 0500/0600 OR 2200
- 5 days out of 7, with some weekend work included
- 8 hours minimum
- Overtime available
Salary:
- £17 – £20.50
- PAYE ONLY
