Weekend Support Worker – Creative Support
Join us in Headington, Oxfordshire as part of our dedicated team providing supported living services to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and additional mental health needs.
Pay & Hours
£12.60 per hour, Part‑time, working weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities and help them live their best lives.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, household tasks and social activities.
- Encourage independence and promote community participation.
- Record observations and support safe, person‑centred care plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- No previous care experience required.
- Enthusiastic, caring, engaging, and supportive attitude.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Valid UK health and safety or first aid knowledge preferred.
Training & Development
- Full Skills for Care endorsed training.
- Investors in People Platinum accredited training.
- Support to complete QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
