Job Description
Product Owner\\n\\nLocation: London (Hybrid)\\n\\nSalary: Circa £80,000 + benefits\\n\\nWe're working with a well recognised restaurant group on the recruitment of a Product Owner. This individual will take full ownership of the back of house system and drive the progression of restaurant-facing operations systems that enforce how people, stock and operations are managed.\\n\\nThis is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience, collaborating closely with fellow product owners, engaging with third-party vendors, and partnering with restaurant leaders to drive innovation and impact.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nLead the full product lifecycle for all back-of-house systems, including workforce management, inventory, operations, and compliance tools.\\nCollaborate with restaurant operations and vendor partners to develop and refine a strategic product roadmap.\\nEnsure all tools effectively drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals\\nCommunicate with all areas of the business to gain structured feedback on system improvements.\\nSupport with renewing vendor contracts, performance reviews, vendor escalations based on input from Commercial and Service Delivery Colleagues.Skills we are looking for:\\n\\nExperience in System/Application Management.\\nExperience in the hospitality or retail industry.\\nPrevious experience using 'Fourth', the hospitality management platform.\\nExposure to agile and product ways of working.\\nExperience managing vendor relationships.If this Product Owner position matches your skillset, we would love to hear from you!
