We are looking for a Driver Class II / Hiab to join our branch in Aberdeen.
The Role:
As a Driver, you\’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of goods from our branch to customers, suppliers, and other sites. You\’ll also support general yard duties and represent SIG Roofing in a professional, customer-friendly way.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Delivering and collecting materials in line with customer and branch requirements
- Completing vehicle safety checks and maintaining legal compliance#
- Assisting with loading/unloading and supporting in the yard as needed
- Providing friendly and helpful service to customers on every visit
- Ensuring all Proof of Delivery (POD) records and systems are accurately maintained
What you\’ll bring:
- A valid UK Driving Licence
- Commercial driving experience
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- FLT or HIAB licence – desirable, but not essential
