About The Role
We arecurrently recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to join our headoffice site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday toFriday, 14:30 – 23:00
Salary: £32,500 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250
About the role:

  • Supporting team members ensuring all duties are completed on a daily basis
  • Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Ensuring your team wear the uniform issued by Wren Kitchens at all time whilst on site
  • Undertaking any facilities cleaning and warehouse duties as requested by your management team
  • Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Answering team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team members work for quality and guideline compliance
    In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
