About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to join our head office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 14:30 – 23:00.
Salary: £32,500 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250
Responsibilities:
- Supporting team members to ensure all duties are completed daily.
- Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and expectations.
- Ensuring team members wear the issued uniform at all times on site.
- Undertaking facilities cleaning and warehouse duties as requested by management.
- Developing strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Addressing team member questions, assisting with problems, and overseeing work quality and compliance.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.
About You

- Ability to give clear directions to team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with all team members.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and punctuality.
- Previous experience in cleaning and waste management is preferred but not essential.
