As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our SaaS and intelligence products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products. Your goal will be to drive product adoption, product & brand awareness, market penetration, and overall customer satisfaction., Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Analyse product performance data to develop insights and strategies for improvement.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Work with the product, marketing and commercial teams to develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Create and maintain product marketing materials, including product overview decks, , presentations, and other customer-facing documents.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Plan and execute strategies and campaigns for new product launches and feature releases, working with product managers, designers, commercial teams, email and content marketers to make sure our communications strike the right verbal and visual tone

  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop ongoing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption and eductation.

Content Development:

  • Produce high-quality content such as blog postsand webinars to support product positioning and customer education

  • Coordinate across teams to distribute content across various channels to maximise reach, engagement and brand awareness.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers.

  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development and marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and product performance.

  • Utilise analytics tools to track metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team, tell the story of our products, and contribute to our growth and success., * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Media, PR,, Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with SaaS and intelligence products.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of SaaS, media, and intelligence product markets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

  • Experience with content creation and digital marketing tools: from inbound & email marketing tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp), CMS (e.g. Wordpress), to design software (Canva, Adobe).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
