About the job you\’re considering
As the Oracle SaaS Go to Markert Lead, you\’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Capgemini\’s presence in the Oracle SaaS space. You\’ll work closely with our Oracle alliance and account teams to identify and develop opportunities, build strong relationships, and support the growth of our Oracle SaaS practice. You will very much be working with the market units for all things Oracle SaaS. This is a collaborative, strategic role where your insights and leadership will directly contribute to our success.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role

  • Partner with Oracle account executives and alliance managers to strengthen Capgemini\’s Oracle market presence.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of Oracle SaaS opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain relevant and compelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Capgemini to qualify opportunities and support successful bids.
  • Promote the full range of Capgemini services-from advisory and transformation to implementation and support.
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a similar Oracle-focused role within a consultancy or systems integrator.
  • A track record of contributing to Oracle-related sales (ideally £5 million+ over the past 2 years).
  • A strong network within Oracle and the wider Oracle ecosystem.
  • Passion for technology and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud offerings and how they address business needs.
  • Insight into Oracle\’s roadmap and how it aligns with Capgemini\’s services.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a willingness to support others.
  • Experience with global delivery models (on-shore, near-shore, off-shore) is a plus.

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
