This role is known internally as a Commercial Excellence Specialist – UK Ireland and Nordics – Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

Our Commercial Excellence specialist plays a key role in driving and implementing the commercial strategy of our UKINOR cluster and commercial excellence initiatives through partnership with the Sales & Marketing leaderships teams and Regional Commercial Excellence teams.
What will you be doing?
The overall responsibility of the role is to develop and implement sales force effectiveness, including sales force sizing and structure, segmentation & targeting, opportunity management, territory optimisation, sales performance analytics and incentive compensation plans that will have a direct positive impact on the P&L of the business.
What will you need to be successful?
To thrive in this role, you should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, complemented by a robust foundation in Sales and Marketing knowledge.
- You have several years of experience as Commercial Excellence/Business Analyst in the area of Sales / Sales Force Effectiveness, preferably in the Medical technology, medical device or the healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence (e.g., setting up and managing dashboards based on sales team requirements).
- Solid understanding of sales modelling concepts (territory and revenue planning) and the ability to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions (Sales critical metrics, forecasts, targeting, segmentation).
- Analytical approach with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects optimally, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Very good digital literacy (especially MS Office / MS Excel and Power BI),
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – Germany or any Scandinavian languages would be a plus.
