Vacancy: SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: West Byfleet, KT14
Salary: £31k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a wonderful role for a Sales Progressor with previous experience in residential sales coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents. You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish. This is a Monday to Friday role with enormous potential and would suit someone who is or has previously been a Senior Sales Negotiator but would like their weekends back!
The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process.
The Company: Our client is a strong Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with several local offices in prime locations in South West London & Surrey.
