That\βs why this company offers a cloud-based software that helps companies do a job in just 2 minutes, that would otherwise take 3-4 hours. They\βre already considered a market leader in the UK and their software is used across Europe, USA and further beyond. Rolls Royce & Siemens are just 2 examples of businesses that currently using their technology and they\βre looking for people like you to help add more new logos to the list!
About the Role:
As a founding SDR (Sales Development Representative) you\βll be responsible for generating new opportunities for the sales team. Your main responsibilities will be to arrange and book in demonstrations of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential new customers β this will include cold calling (preferred activity!) but will be supplemented with strategic LinkedIn & Email work.
- Working towards targets β you\βll be working towards regular activity targets (call time, calls made etc).
- Conversations with decision makers β you\βll be looking to have conversations with IT Managers, & Heads of IT to understand what pains and challenges they\βre facing and how your solution could help them.
About you:

- Coachable β you\βll need to be someone that\βs always willing to improve and get better every single day.
- Resilient β sales isn\βt easy, and there will be a lot of rejection (a lot!). You\βll ideally have worked in a role where you\βve had to deal with and overcome setbacks.
- Confidence β you\βll be (reasonably) comfortable picking up the phone to people that you\βve never spoken to before
- High Achiever β previous examples of where you\βve performed well above the average (this could be in work, extra-curricular, sport etc)
