LHH is proud to be partnering with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) in the search for a Head of Operational Support Services.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for strengthening the charity’s internal governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and embedding effective risk management practices across the organisation. You will lead on delivering consistent and efficient operational support, encompassing organisational administration, office and facilities management, and project oversight. Your focus will be on providing seamless, high-quality service to internal stakeholders throughout the organisation.
As a member of the CHSS Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic and operational plans, contributing to the collective senior management oversight of the charity’s mission and impact.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, managing multi-disciplinary teams—ideally across governance, compliance, risk, project, or performance management. You’ll bring strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across organisational boundaries to drive results.
