We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join a leading FM Contractor. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
HVAC Engineer Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and filters
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
