Job Description

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer, supplying high-quality engineered products to a broad range of sectors. With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, the business is committed to maintaining high standards across its operations.\\n\\nApplications are welcomed from experienced Quality Managers as well as Quality Engineers looking to step into a senior, business-wide role.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nReporting to senior management, the Quality Manager will have full responsibility for the Quality Management System and all quality and compliance activities across the business.\\n\\nThis is a hands-on and influential role, acting as the main point of contact for all quality matters and driving continuous improvement.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nOwnership of the Quality Management System and ISO9001 compliance.\\nFinished product inspection, testing, and quality assurance.\\nLeading internal, customer, supplier, and ISO audits.\\nManaging NCRs, concessions, PPAPs, and structured problem-solving activities.\\nLeading quality meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.\\nManaging calibration and quality documentation.\\nAnalysing customer feedback and driving improvement actions.\\nReporting departmental KPIs and contributing to business strategy.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\nProven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer within an engineering or manufacturing environment.\\nStrong working knowledge of ISO9001.\\nQuality qualification to degree level or equivalent through experience.\\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.\\nAbility to influence at all levels and drive improvement.\\n\\nKnowledge of ISO14001/45001, ability to read engineering drawings, and experience with ERP or quality tools are advantageous.\\n\\nThe Package\\n\\nSalary up to £50,000 per annum
