- Assist customers who need help getting up and going to bed in the morning and evenings, including dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, and using the toilet.
- Provide companionship to those who are vulnerable and living alone.
- Help customers with their mobility and physical disabilities.
- Care for customers who are temporarily unable to complete their usual daily tasks.
- Promote mental and physical activities for customers through talking, outings, reading, writing, hobbies, and recreation.
- Make and change beds, perform light cleaning, and general tidying.
- Set tables and trays, prepare and serve light meals, and handle clearing away and washing up.
- Read and write reports, and participate in customer reviews and training activities.
- Adhere to all Caremark policies and procedures at all times.
- Encourage the independence of customers wherever possible.
