About you
The Carers Community Engagement Champion will play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting carers from underrepresented groups and those at risk of poorer outcomes. This role involves embedding within local communities, engaging with organisations that have existing networks, and utilising multidisciplinary input from health, social care services, and voluntary organisations to maximize reach and impact.
We are looking for people with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals; experience of sensitively discussing and gathering information from people who want to access support; and the ability to provide individualised 1-1 support to adults. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, hardworking, flexible and who really want to make a difference.
