Were looking for a talented Operations Manager on the night shift to join us permanent contract basis. Youll be working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 07:00 to manage our Tesco operations at our Widnes depot. Youll be leading your team to ensure overnight time critical service levels are maintained whilst ensuring that the 350 assets are constantly compliant. Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. What youll do on a typical day: Management of 14 office colleagues and 210 ungraded colleagues (excluding agency) plus subcontractors Manage the overall operation of the depot on a night-to-night basis ensuring that agreed targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements.
