What You’ll Do (The Role):
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll manage the full sales cycle — from winning new clients to placing top‑tier talent across high‑demand sectors like Tech, Engineering, and Life Sciences in the UK and Europe.
You’ll be:
- Building your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and pitching
- Sourcing high‑level candidates and managing the full recruitment process
