Responsibilities
As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage their medication and prep their meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
- Competitive rates of basic pay from £122.25 per day for moderate single dependency up to £163.80 per day for high dependency couple
- Paid DBS
- Weekly shopping allowance
- Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development – route to L3/L5 diplomas in Health & Social Care
- Opt-in private medical insurance scheme
- Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team
- Flexible working patterns (minimum 3 weeks on, followed by breaks)
- £336 bonus for completing training (paid in your 1st months pay)
