Our office, Triangle Implant Center – Durham, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
Our office requires a talented and pleasant Patient Care Coordinator to handle all administrative and front office duties and provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients to the dental office.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
- Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails.
- Keeping updated records and files.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Helping to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- 1 year of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- A high school diploma.
- Desire to help your patients.
