Job Description
Our client, a global medical technology company partnering with healthcare professionals to support better solutions in early detection, diagnosis, and minimally invasive treatments, is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel.
This is a contract position starting as soon as possible, initially for 3 months, to manage daily workload. Full-time and part-time applications are considered.
What will the role involve?
- Commercial negotiations
- Drafting contracts related to medical devices for sale and lease
- Working primarily with NHS (70% of work) and private hospitals
