A growing specialist bank is hiring a real estate finance lawyer to join a high performing team that partners closely with the business and Technology. This is an exciting blend of front line transactional work and the opportunity to shape how legal support is delivered as the bank scales.

What the role covers
- Running real estate and development finance transactions from term sheet to completion
- Working with external counsel on facility agreements, security packages and ancillary documents
- Giving clear, commercial advice that balances risk with delivery
- Supporting ad hoc lending matters across the wider portfolio
- Working with Technology to streamline processes and digitise legal workflows
- Helping create self-serve tools, smarter templates and automated document
- Playing a part in the bankβs adoption of AI and other digital tools
- Contributing to playbooks and knowledge across the legal function
