Our client Scottish Power Renewables are seeking an Senior Installation Engineer (Cables) for an ongoing contract role based in either Glasgow or London. Main Purpose of the Job The Installation Engineer shall be supporting the design and management of the Transportation and Installation (T&I) elements of the inter array cables package for East Anglia 3 project. Key Tasks Project Management •Development and implementation of a package engineering plan(s) and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the tasks identified within the engineering plan. •Development and implementation of a T&I Management Plan and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the activities that are defined within this plan. •Coordination of all package specific interface tasks required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the project’s Interface Management Plan. •Responsibility for management of CVA approval process for T&I. •Responsible for implementing and managing an effective communication protocol, information sharing and document review process between the package management team, the Contractor, any Related Works Contractors, the Marine Warranty Surveyor, the Independent Verification Society and the Site Management teams. •Responsible to complete or organize, as applicable, the administrative tasks needed by the company and project(s) of assignment, related to the planning …
