Job Title: Deputy Manager – EBD Children's Service Location: Northolt Salary: £18.14 per hour (40 hours per week) + Sleep-ins paid at £70.50 per night Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)? Our client is recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a 2-bedded EBD children's service in Northolt. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a small, supportive team dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. * Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of care staff to ensure high standards of care. * Ensure that the service operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted standards. * Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each young person. * Take a hands-on approach to the role, working directly with the children and young people. * Handle safeguarding concerns and risk management, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Shift Pattern: * Early shifts, late shifts, long days, and sleep-ins are required, providing flexibility to support the needs of the service. * Sleep-ins are paid at £70.50 per night. * Shifts will be given 1 month in advance.
