Outsourcing Assistant Manager – Ipswich – Top 10 Firm

Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients
  • Managing the dat to day running of the portfolio including reviewing transactional bookkeeping, preparing, and reviewing VAT returns and management accounts to ensure quality work is delivered
  • Utilising analytical skills to review data for anomalies and provide solutions both internally and to clients
  • Being an external point of contact to clients, building strong relationships, offering support, and helping them to understand and use their financial information
  • Performing ad hoc analysis, projects and attend client premises as requested

As anOutsourcing Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have over 18 month’ post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
  • Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
