Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Exams Team. The role involves supporting the Exams Officer in managing and administering internal and external exams and assessments, as well as assisting with learner records, registrations, and certifications.

Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30, Tuesday to Friday, on-site. Contract is fixed-term, maternity cover, for 52 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of exams, registration, and certification administration.
  • Support the recording of learner aims and the ILR.
  • Liaise with college teams, students, families, and Awarding Bodies.
  • Order exam papers, ensure secure storage, and assist in exam planning and organization.
  • Coordinate and supervise invigilators, produce timetables, seating plans, and desk cards.
  • Manage exam materials, including printing and secure delivery/collection.
  • Undertake exam invigilation in line with JCQ and Awarding Body requirements.
  • Support exam contingency plans and Access Arrangement reports.
  • Comply with policies on safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection.

Additional Duties

  • Participate in relevant training and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Exams Officer or Assistant Principal.
