ROLE DESCRIPTION

We\’re looking for a Work Experience Lead to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our students\’ career readiness and employability skills.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team supporting students with high-quality work experience opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with local employers and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in work placement planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff and students on work readiness.
  • Support learners individually and in groups to help overcome barriers to success.
