The role

As a Network Engineer at IVC Evidensia, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure across clinics and business locations. This includes providing 3rd line support for networking equipment, maintaining best practices to uphold system security and availability, and acting as a subject matter expert to support colleagues with your networking expertise. Key duties involve deploying, configuring, and maintaining network equipment, proactively monitoring performance and capacity, and administering Fortigate, Dell, and other vendor technologies to meet evolving business needs. You will also create clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences and manage third-party providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

What will you’ll bring to the role

We are seeking candidates with proven design and support experience in network IT infrastructure roles, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking technologies, including their design and implementation. A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel at short notice are desirable. Professional certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, or NSE5 are also advantageous.
