Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and maintain office equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.)
- Respond to the facilities inbox and manage related requests promptly
- Support office moves, workstation setup, and meeting room coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of client areas and shared spaces
- Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and training sessions
- Reserve parking, manage post and deliveries, and transport items between offices
- Oversee fire alarm testing, building inspections, and maintenance tasks
- Maintain the property register, asset log, and document storage systems
- Provide reception cover and general administrative support when needed
