Operations Manager (Market Research)
Location; United Kingdom – Remote
I am representing a leading healthcare market research consultancy based in the UK. They are searching for an operations manager; this role would include the following responsibilities:
- Compliance & data protection – Ensure adherence to client MSAs, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Internal projects & process improvement – Lead and support internal operational projects to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Team support & operational admin – Provide hands-on support to the team with operational queries and challenges.
- IT & systems support – Maintain a live database of company devices (laptops, phones, etc.) and support the replacement and allocation of equipment as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in an operational or compliance role, ideally within a healthcare, research or insights environment.
- Familiarity with GDPR, pharmacovigilance standards, and client service agreements.
- Experience managing internal audits, reviewing policies, and implementing improvements.
- Experience with external vendors and IT providers.
