An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our FAB Futures team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping people engage and succeed in education and who understands that choosing the right course significantly impacts raising the aspirations of young people and adults.
You will be a driving force within a team dedicated to providing potential students with the necessary information and guidance to undertake a course at college and to realize their ambitions, as well as to ensure effective planning and reporting underpin service delivery.
This role would be ideal for someone with significant experience in delivering advice and guidance, outstanding business administration skills, and the ability to motivate others to achieve results.
The role offers variety, challenge, and great satisfaction in being part of a wider team committed to developing and influencing the workforce of the future.
The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, undergo a comprehensive checking process, including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check, and a check against the appropriate barred list.
