We are looking for high-energy, switched-on candidate who enjoy a fast paced and pressurised environment. This is a busy and fast paced role within the companies’ busiest teams.
We are looking for somebody who is eager to join a busy team in a fast-moving business. This would ideally suit somebody who has been in a similar role for 3-5 years with excellent skills on Excel.

Key Responsibilities
· Processing new contracts received from Commercial colleagues
· Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
· Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
· Planning production with the supplier
· Liaising with the supplier and customers:
o Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
o Sending regular update to customers
o Raising letters of credit for supplier’s weekly
o Produce weekly stock reports
o Update Arrival V licence sheet & clear bond action
o Sending customer invoices
o Stock forecasting
· Work with other teams within the business to ensure a cohesive approach
· General administration and office support
Person Specific:
3-5 years + in a supply chain/ order processing/ sales support role
Must have excellent Excel skills, intermediate to advanced (will be working with multiple linked spreadsheets daily)
Has high accuracy and attention to detail (crucial)
Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
Has a problem-solving attitude
Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
Must be flexible
Is proactive, with the ability to work using own initiative
Has the ability to work in a team
Has a Driving licence
