About the role
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you\’ll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you\’re based and be an integral part of the team. You\’ll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You\’ll also patrol the shop floor to deter potential theft, monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour, and support your fellow Partners and customers.

This position is a permanent contract and will work on a rota basis covering a variety of shifts, including evenings and every other weekend.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities
As a Loss Prevention Partner, your responsibilities will include:

Being a point of contact for Profit Protection issues and escalating as required.

Mitigating malicious harm to Partners and Customers.
-
Managing shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
-
Addressing all aspects of shrinkage, including dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error.

Supporting and coaching fellow Partners to minimise shrinkage and follow procedures.

De-escalating conflict professionally and, when necessary, detaining or banning individuals committing offences.

Supporting investigations as required.
