Digital Learning Designer

Due to a high demand of needs, they are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Designer to join their team and support in a number of areas across learning content production.
Required skills and experience:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Strong video and animation production skills – e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
- Proficient in eLearning authoring tools, particularly Rise 360 for responsive content
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions, from storyboard to final delivery
- Skilled in incorporating multimedia elements including video, audio, and interactivity; ideally proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (tools such as Powtoon and Vyond are less preferred due to visual style)
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex subject matter through effective SME engagement
- In-depth knowledge of current digital learning tools, techniques, and emerging trends
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience creating explainer videos and using storytelling techniques
- Understanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them creatively
