Digital Learning Designer

Full-time contract, 14 weeks

Due to a high demand of needs, they are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Designer to join their team and support in a number of areas across learning content production.

Required skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
  • Strong video and animation production skills – e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
  • Proficient in eLearning authoring tools, particularly Rise 360 for responsive content
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions, from storyboard to final delivery
  • Skilled in incorporating multimedia elements including video, audio, and interactivity; ideally proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (tools such as Powtoon and Vyond are less preferred due to visual style)
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex subject matter through effective SME engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital learning tools, techniques, and emerging trends

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience creating explainer videos and using storytelling techniques
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them creatively
