Overview
Here at Connect Appointments we have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join our Kirkcaldy-based client.
As Mechanical Fitter, your day-to-day role will be carrying out equipment repairs and servicing on a range of equipment and machinery in accordance with the approved maintenance schedules. You\βll ensure any necessary spare parts are requested in order to facilitate efficient repairs.
Qualifications
- Mechanical/Electrical Qualification (such as NVQ) or proven experience
- Previous mechanical fitting working experience
- Experience and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Experience with interpreting engineering drawings
- Knowledge and experience of pressure systems
What to expect from the role?
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 β with an early Friday finish
- Β£21 per hour β paid weekly
- Overtime available β paid at Β£31.50 per hour
- Immediate starts available
