Role | Employment Solicitor Level | Newly Qualified Based | Leeds Hybrid | 1-2 days working from home Offer | £35,000 – £40,000 per annum Typical duties would include Advising on and pursuing employment and industrial relations issues in tribunals and courts. Managing your own caseload from initial advice through to litigation. Representing trade union and professional association members, as well as private individual clients. Dealing with clients at all levels of seniority across diverse business sectors (e.g., rail/transport, manufacturing, education, health, public sector, sport, music industry). Contributing to the firm’s marketing and business development strategy by producing written content. The successful candidate Newly Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in Employment Law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in dealing with people at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally. Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop. Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm\’s success.
