Job Description:

East London Connect is pioneering a new two-way mentoring scheme with the Foreign Office to help increase cultural understanding and diversity for both leaders within the Foreign Office and underrepresented groups of ethnic heritage.
We will match senior members of the UK Foreign Office and ten specially selected university students of Afro-Caribbean heritage.

Duration: Initially 3 months
Proposal Start: December 2020
Frequency: Twice a month (once at Foreign office, once with the mentoring team at East London Connect)

Person Specification
An interest in current & foreign affairs
Must be able to commit to two evening sessions a month for three months
