Are you a departmental manager looking to climb the ladder? Or an experienced manager taking a leap into a new adventure? If it’s a yes from you, then join us at Daish\’s Hotels as our new Duty Manager!

Offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, based on 48 hours, working up to 6 days per week, plus incremental and performance pay reviews! We also offer continuous all year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish\’s training and if you refer a friend, you\’ll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, working 7:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 23:00 with the occasional mid shift of 9:00 – 17:00.

Experience and Skills you can deliver:

  5. Experience of managing the development and delivery of staff training and induction processes.
  6. A good understanding and experience of utilising EPOS systems in bars.
  7. Experience of managing difficult customers in an appropriate manner.
  8. Experience of cash handling and management.
  9. A good working knowledge of Health and Safety policies.
  10. Experience of managing staff rotas and wages.
  11. The ability to demonstrate a positive, helpful and welcoming attitude to members and customers.
  12. The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with fellow staff and members/customers and to be a positive role model as a team leader.
  13. The ability to manage and motivate staff.
