A leading global asset manager is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Transactions team in London. The role focuses on operational real estate investments in the UK, including student accommodation, single-family housing, care homes, and similar sectors, with scope to work across broader asset classes over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, underwrite, and execute UK real estate equity investments, often via joint ventures.
- Develop and manage detailed financial models including debt structuring and covenant analysis.
- Prepare investment memos, coordinate due diligence, and support internal/external stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to valuation reviews, portfolio performance tracking, and reporting.
