Clyde Valley Housing Association Procurement and Corporate Services Officer £38,000 Permanent Full Time About the Role Morgan Hunt are delighted to be partnering with Clyde Valley Housing Association as they are keen to welcome a new Procurement and Corporate Services Officer on a full time and permanent basis. In this varied and impactful role, you\’ll help deliver effective, compliant, and sustainable procurement across the Group – ensuring value for money, strong supplier relationships, and continuous improvement. You’ll also play a key part in delivering corporate services that support our internal teams and enhance governance, data protection, and performance reporting. Duties and Responsibilities Supporting budget holders with procurement planning, market engagement, and supplier performance Assisting with compliant tender processes and contract management Promoting procurement best practices aligned with Scottish regulations Maintaining our Contract Register and supporting contract lifecycle decisions Contributing to governance, GDPR, FOI compliance, and internal/external communications Supporting key corporate services including performance monitoring and staff/customer communication Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of procurement regulations (especially Scottish public sector) Strong organisational and relationship management skills Experience supporting procurement and corporate functions in a busy environment An eye for continuous improvement, compliance, and value for money A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join Morgan Hunt?
