Our London based Global Client is looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant who can design, build, and optimise custom reports and dashboards across Workday HCM and/or Finance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced, matrix, and composite Workday reports
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance in all reporting
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Workday reporting and analytics
  • Support testing, training, and documentation of reporting solution

Skills and Experience

  • Multiple years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting
  • Strong understanding of Workday data sources and reporting tools
  • Experience with Workday HCM , Finance , or both
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Workday certification in Reporting (preferred but not required)
