Our London based Global Client is looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant who can design, build, and optimise custom reports and dashboards across Workday HCM and/or Finance.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced, matrix, and composite Workday reports
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance in all reporting
- Provide guidance and best practices for Workday reporting and analytics
- Support testing, training, and documentation of reporting solution
Skills and Experience
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting
- Strong understanding of Workday data sources and reporting tools
- Experience with Workday HCM , Finance , or both
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Workday certification in Reporting (preferred but not required)
