Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Dunkin’ standards. Your responsibilities include coaching and motivating staff, delivering excellent guest experiences, and fostering a positive environment where both customers and employees enjoy working.

  • Ensure compliance with all laws, Brand standards, and Company values
  • Lead by example in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service following the Six Steps of Service
  • Train and develop a team capable of providing a great guest experience
  • Motivate the team to meet goals and targets
  • Collaborate with the Manager to find creative ways to increase sales and guest loyalty
  • Cover for the Manager during days off and vacations
